We will be running an RSR 2 course on Saturday April 20th and are looking for interest. A level 3 is required for this course. The cost will be €30.
An RSR 2 is a 1 day course designed for kayakers who wish to undertake relevant training in Safety and Rescue Techniques appropriate for Grade 2 & 3 water such as Castleconnell. The RSR 2 aims to develop a culture of safety, awareness and proactive accident prevention in white water sports.
More info on what is covered in the RSR 2 course is on Canoeing Irelands website: https://www.canoe.ie/river-safety-and-rescue-training/

The course will either be run on Sunday April 14 or on Saturday April 20. Which of these would work best for people? If there is demand for it, it can be run on both days. Please note that a level 3 is required to do an rsr 2
