Below are the outback training times which the boathouse is going to be open for so that people can train for Long Distance. I would recommend start training in the category you want to race in. Start by getting your fitness and stamina up so you can paddle the 3 or 6km . If you intend on going outback can you please post in the Outback Training Tread viewtopic.php?f=78&t=18514&start=495 so we have a record of who is going out, also lets the guys opening up that people are going to turn up the session. These are the scheduled times but if you are free and want to go training at a certain time just post it in the Facebook Chat and on the Forum and someone will open up for you.
