To prepare for the upcoming Level 3 assessment this Sunday (25th), there will be training provided Tuesday and Wednesday night in the pool, as well as a Castleconnell trip run on Wednesday. This is essential to those going.
Creekers will be available in the pool on Tuesday night (only) and you will be brought through the Level 3 syllabus both nights.
