Patrick if glens is on u should ho do top drop and maybe run some of it u can easily walk the hardest sections and look at them just to see what its all about i think its good if ye like but at least do top drop its great fun

Current plan is Glens in about 2 hours. There's 5 from UCD and myself, Stephen, Daragh and Patrick Brennan from UL. If anyone else wants to come you'll need to have a solid roll and provide your own boat transport. If anyone is looking to go and has racks give me a call and I can let you know an exact time and when to be at the boathouse.

A bit all right John. Levels are high medium and dropping and were medium yesterday. Good time had by all.

Thanks for the encouragement Derv, i'll be back at some point during co-op but I felt a bit out of control quite a few times yesterday. I think I need to try CC At at highish level and boluisce before going back to properly back to whitewater.
