Sickened I missed this. If you find yourself getting comfortable on the castleconnell this is the next rung in the ladder! Hopefully we can run varsities trials on this river in retrospect, should be going on caps and safety's weekend so maybe a trip can be organised then being fast on this river is all about knowing the small intricate lines! Doesn't matter how fast you are on flat water!
