Myself and luke are going to check out gower in the morning if anyone wants to come along we have room for one, roll is required.

Shite...

The hole on the Corrib is pretty cool; fast, retentive, plenty deep as long as you plug low enough and all moves go there. Not a great comp spot cos it's hard to stick stuff consistantly in it but great for training. We should head up there sometime. Definatly not a spot for beginners, it's shallow after the hole, and pretty much impossible to go for t-rescues.
