Well boys,

So I was in contact with a good auld friend of mine by the name Oisin Farrell. For those of you who don't know hes on the Irish Slalom squad and a seriously good paddler!

Hes after agreeing to come down to do a training session to help give us an edge in Slalom and Long Distance in Varsities.

This is a very rare opportunity to paddle with someone as strong as he is, and also its completely free!

I would like to encourage as many people as possible to come down in the 15th of January to do the training with him. It doesn't matter what your skill level is, he can coach all abilities. (Hes great craic as well)

I'm gaggin' to do this but I'm not sure yet if I'll be able. At the moment I have no holidays left, if in the new year I'm given more holidays to use in the few weeks I have left I will book them off for this but I can't say for sure if I will until the new year.
