40th Anniversary Info Night and Forming of Organisation Committee

As you all know, the club is 40 years in existence, which is a great excuse for a black tie ball! 
This is already shaping up to be a great event and certainly has potential to be even better!
If you think you might want to be a part of the organisation of this ball, please come along to this info night. Essentially what will happen is we will update ye on all the progress made to date, let ye know what the next steps of the organisation are, and finally form an organisational committee to make this thing as big and as successful as possible!
Being involved in this organisation would provide a wealth of experience. From dealing with large, reputable companies and trying to get as good a deal off them as possible, to staying in the safety of your room making a slideshow full of nostalgic images, videos and songs. There is something for everyone to do here, and any help we can get is very much appreciated! (Looks great on the LinkedIn too
).
Be aware that if you are a part of the organisation of this, as with the organisation of anything, any jobs assigned to you will be time dependant. There' s a time frame in which things have to be done and it'll be the event that suffers if they're not. Saying that, you will by no means be over run with jobs. Everyone will have a part to play which will mean that all jobs will be very manageable on top of college work, etc.
So please come along if you have an interest in playing a part in this exciting event which celebrates 4 decades of hard work that have gone into our club to make it what it is today.
