University of Limerick Kayak Club

The EGM to elect a new Web Admin and Public Relations Officer and vote on a few changes to the constitution will take place on Thursday the 15th of October at 7pm (venue TBC) followed by a quick info presentation on what will be happening for the rest of the semester and next semester.
If anyone has any motions to be added to the agenda please email them to ulkayak@gmail.com before Friday the 9th.
The proposed changes to the constitution, the agenda and location will be circulated on Saturday the 10th.

Please note this has been changed to Thursday the 22nd of October due to the open day being on Thursday and Friday, 15&16.
Any motions will need to be submitted by Friday the 16th and the agenda will be released on Saturday the 17th
