Sheep, like all wool-bearing animals, instinctively travel north, where it's colder, and they won't be so stuffy.

Was talking to Barry today in the boathouse and he has given the 18th and 19th of December to us for this course. I'm hoping this will suit most people as it is soon after exams so we won't have to come back in the middle of the holidays. Does this suit people??

Also has everyone done a REC 3 in the past 3 years?? If you haven't then you'll have to resit the entire course.

Barry said that if you're within 3 or so months you should be fine. Won't know for sure though until I give him the names and he runs them through the system.

I could do this if its the only day that suits but I'm leaning more on the side of it not suiting me right now.
Maybe get a list of available dates over the holidays from Barry and put up a poll. Most popular wins. Then we can all stop being picky and trying to suit everyone

Well from what I can tell to get the most people possible for this which will hopefully be everyone here this needs to run on a weekend over the holidays for people to get off work/college. The only dates I can see that happening are 18th-20th December or the 8th-10th January as other weekend will be to close or during exams, Christmas, New Years and Donegal.

I picked the closer dates as I would like this done ASAP so I don't have to worry about it over the holidays and it may prevent people from having to come back to Limerick for just 2 days in the middle of January.

Glens race might be on that weekend in January!!! Not wanting to be wrecking your head or anything.

I still have a year and 3 months left on mine. I was hoping this would take a long time to organise so I'd be closer to the 3 year mark but since it's so close I'm going to wait and try to do one this time next year instead.

If that suits you better that's grand. Just keep in mind that it'll be harder to get group together next year then it is now. Plus we need as many people on this as possible in order to get an affordable price.
