Castleconnell Boat Club's annual triathlon is on Saturday August 18th. They would really appreciate it if UL Kayak Club could help out with kayak support for the swim section of the triathlon.
There's a safety briefing at 11:30 and the kayaks would need to be on the water by 11:45 as the swim starts at 12 noon. We expect the swim to be finished by 1pm.
It would be great if we could get maybe 5 kayaks to help with swim safety. There'll be refreshments in the village hall afterwards.
Will probably do a CC run after the swim if people are interested. Post below if you are interested.
