Here is the updated Fuel Policy as of 5/4/2017. It says exactly how and when to claim back fuel expenses. This thread will remain stickied at the top of this sub-forum. If anyone has any questions on anything contained within then get onto Eoghan or Katie ( or who ever is Captain or Treasurer in the future)
