I'm heading to Castlegregory tomorrow for a few weeks of camping, training and chilling out before the surf worlds. If any of ye are free ye should come down and visit. There's loads to do down there; I'll have a spare surf boat, there's surf boards to rent, windsurfing, SUP, a pier to jump off, mountains to climb, etc, etc, etc, so it'll be a great way to break up the summer!

If anyone's thinking of coming down text me, call me, send a snapchat and facebook message me; all going well I'll be able to reply to at least one of those! :P
