I do like the customer service from NRS!
When I bought my Jed from River Deep, I bought a set of NRS airbags for it as well. Over the past few months, I've noticed that the airbags were not staying inflated. Upon closer examination it appears that the hoses are perished badly and leaking air. So I was planning on replacing them.
Taking a look at the NRS website, I noted that there was supposed to be a lifetime warranty on them, so I made contact, and was to to bring them back to River Deep and replacements would be issued.
So, I went in today to River Deep, and they will give me Palm airbags as a replacement.
Excellent service all round.

Good and bad, I highly doubt there's a lifetime warranty on the Palm ones!
Airbags never last long, getting ones with a lifetime warranty would be great if they kept being replaced!
