Excellent thank you! Would anybody be free to go get LOTS of sweeties from the pound shop tomorrow/Tuesday? I can do it Tuesday if somebody wants to come with me.. Other than that I have Eoin F making posters/flyers and Jack/Howard/Whoevers free tomorrow will go to snap and get them printed.. then I need people to go to the boathouse on Tuesday and bring up some gear or actually we can get it from the pool?

Yeah so basically just show up, be enthusiastic and do what you can to get us new members on the night!

Ok folks ... PLAN IS...

For those who can ... Meet @5pm in the Foundation Building Atrium.. (the main floor upstairs)

I'll send a few of ye to the pool to grab gear.. (Daragh and Coco have kindly offered so I'll send a few more of ye with them)

Then the rest of us will set up the stand and get ourselves organised.

I'll have my laptop - can someone else/two/three of ye bring laptops?

Emer F is giving me a float tomorrow.. so we'll have petty cash.

I have the flag also so I'll need one of ye to walk around with that and NOT LOSE IT or you'll have to pay for a new one..

I'll go get sweeties and try not eat them..

And then... yeah show up in a few bits of kayaking gear if ye want and for those who can't make it at 5.. pop along whenever!

See y'all tomorrow!

Well if we need to perhaps? But there's no point trekking down to the bh and trying to unlock it and all that jazz if you can get similar stuff from the pool? Like if you're happy to go to the bh be my guest! :)

I doubt youd need to go to the boat house. Just get polo helmets and BAs from the pool.
