On Wednesday 9th of March we are going to start doing some rope training for anyone and everyone interested. Just basic throwing and catching to start and then progress it as the weeks go by.
The plan for this week is to practice throwing in the boathouse and then bring some ropes to the pool to practice realistic catching.
Darragh Lehane has very kindly offered to stand at the far end of the boathouse while we all throw ropes at him
Meeting at the boathouse for 8:30 pm
