Liffey Descent 2019

hello hello. I'm planning on entering the Liffey Descent this year if anyone's interested in giving it a go? It'll be a nice one to get off the bucket list and a good excuse to get fit.
For anyone who doesn't know its ~30km race down the Liffey. Few weirs along the way.
Its on Saturday 14th September.
