Pool Plan

So beginner Sessions are starting on Tuesday 18th . This is going to be an extremely busy time for the club and we need everyone helping out. The pool session will run very similar to how they were ran last year. See plan below.
We will be meeting at the BH on Tuesday 18th at 8:15pm to pack the trailer with extra boats and gear and go through the plan for the evening.
Basic Plan:
Meet at BH at 8:15pm
Pack Sprinter and Trailer
People will be split into Leaders, Seconds , helpers
A group of people will be stationed at the entrance of the Pool with Laptops to check everyone membership.
It will be everyone responsibility to socialize with the new people and spread the word about all the upcoming trips and events. Lahinch , UV Paint Party , Weekly Trips etc..
Can people sign up below if your going to be there to help out. If you dont sign up Ill send an angry Nash after people
