Leaders/Seconds Training Day

So with the new semester fast approach this means a new bunch of beginners joining the club. This means we need to do a bit of safety and leadership training to up skill people so they are ready for September.
The day will cover a lot of the Level 2 instructor Syllabus on how to teach and different ways to teaching. We will also incorporate some Level 3 Skills and how to be knowledgeable on the river and what to look out for.
We need as many people to come as possible to ensure we have adequate Leaders/Seconds for the coming Semester.
When : Saturday 8th September
Where: We will be doing a briefing at the Boathouse and then moving out to Castleconnell to do the training
Time : Meeting at the Boathouse at 10:00am .
