Outback Training + Talk

Howdy.
Our resident UCD spy, Simon Grennell, has generously offered to give us a talk about kayaking fitness and training. He's a top class all-round paddler and there will be loads for everyone to learn. In this he will go through training techniques and fitness plans focused on kayaking. It will be of great benefit to everyone of all skill levels and what you learn during it could benefit you through years of kayaking. What you take from this talk could help improve your kayaking for every discipline. He said himself "it wasn't till I went to a talk that I realised the importance of the different types of training".
It's not often people get chances like this to learn about training and fitness free of charge so I hope to see a good crowd attending,
This is going to be held next Tuesday April 17th at 7pm. (So anyone going to the Safety day will be back)
Location is the boathouse

On top of this he will run an outback session next Thursday at a similar time to go through paddling techniques and training excercises. (No need to sign up for that here, just attend)
