Advanced high level CC run on Saturday

Latest reports show CC at around 170 cumecs.
I'm gonna head out in the sprinter early on Saturday morning and try do some laps of S bend to castle wall.
This will be an early morning run meeting at the boathouse at 8am possibly packing the night before depending on numbers.
