Varsities Training

Well lads,
I'm looking to start training outback loads when we arrive back in college seeing as my fitness isnt what it used to be. #downinpintsandsmokinjoints The plan is to get out at these times:
Monday: 3:00-4:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00-11:30am, 4:00-5:30pm
Wednesday: 11:00am-12:30pm, 4:00-5:30pm
Thursday: 3:00pm-4:30pm
Friday: 11:00pm-12:30
This is one of the only times of the year where we ask ye to train hard. I understand ye have college and stuff but please make an effort to turn up. If im not going out at a time that suits just ask someone else to open up for ye.
Ill be doing a combination of disciplines: Freestyle, polo, longdistance and slalom. Will decide closer to the date. Dont be afraid to ask me or anyone else to teach you anything.
Im not sure if im on the keys list so if you are on the list itd be much appreciated if you can post up when youre going. Sound.
