Hi Lads,
Just wondering if anyone is interested in running an RSR3? I also need to renew my REC3 this year. Canoe Ireland are running free assessments OCT 14th as part of the EPP in Dublin see the website to register I will be going. Howard how long does it take a torn rotator cuff to heal?
Regards,
Dan

That's an injury that is non-trivial for a paddler. MRI for diagnosis. No boating for a while, anti-inflammatories, and rest. If that doesn't work it's repair surgery and physio. Min about 3 months, if the tear is partial and the nonsurgical methods work..

Sheep, like all wool-bearing animals, instinctively travel north, where it's colder, and they won't be so stuffy.
