Glens Safety Training Day Wednesday 10th

Hi lads, on the Wednesday the 10th there will be advance rope work and rescue skills day out the on the glens organised by our own Mr Eoin Howard!!
This session is open to EVERYONE.... It will be a fun day out where everyone learn a load of new skills. There will not be a running of the Glens there will just practicing skills...
Some things that you will be looking at...
Absailing
Zdrags
River crossing ( might be cheeky zip line)
Throw bag work
A lot more surprises
For this class day out you will need all of your standard kayaking gear and wear a few extra thermals(good idea) in and out of the water. If anyone has extra gear like pulleys, slings and crabs please bring them.
The objective of the day is try things that we usually don't do but that will give a small bit of knowledge for the future if they were happen.
