We went, it was dry 
Going by the old method of describing the water level referring to the rock platform at the getout on river right below the bridge, it was about 5 inches under the rock, and needed to be 1 inch under to be an ass-scrape down the river. Perfect with 2 inches over, and scary at 18 inches over..
OPW gauge for Clonsingle Bridge is down at the moment, but the gauge for Annacotty is active and can give some idea of the possibility of water in that river. Annacotty gauge here.
