Hey guys,

I'm hoping to head to Tuam (A play hole in galway) this Saturday for some free style kayaking if its working

Apparently we have sprinter so that's good news!

It might be busy if the trials for worlds are on Sunday but sure we'll make the most of it and learn new things!

Whitewater roll would be handy but it's not the end of the world if you swim as downstream from it is just flatwater and you can easily walk around and start again!

No Dan, there's a group heading to Tuam on Saturday and a different group going up to the competition on Sunday

Ok at the moment tuam is not up so we will call it in the morning! Be ready for 9 regardless!
