Hi Guys,

Canoe polo training Wednesday 22nd of October.
UL Boathouse: 6:20pm sharp

Open to all. Don't worry about gear as we will be using Creek boats.

This is fitness training and will work well as fitness training for all aspects of Kayaking.

Please sign up below and spread the word to anyone interested p.s. will not provide babysitting services, if you come down, expect to train hard.
