It's that time of week again guys!
All you have to do is drop down to the UL Boathouse on Wednesday 24th September at 3pm with a spare change of clothes, old shoes that you don't mind getting wet and a towel! We will provide all the gear that you need (incl. wetsuits) and there will also be showering facilities for anyone who wants them afterwards.

And the best part is, as long as you've paid your membership fee its FREE!
