URGENT! Kayak Disabilities Program Instructors

Hi Guys.
So this needs an Urgent reply. For anyone who doesn't know I have been working with the disability office and the pool manager, this year and last year to try and get some pool sessions for people with disabilities who may have been shy about trying the club but I would like to give them the opportunity to experience kayaking. The participants could be visual, physical or mental difficulties. We would probably give a 1 to 1 instructor ratio with maybe some floater instructor to give any extra help needed along with two people from the disability office.
Alan Ward the pool manager can give us time slots on a Saturday evening from 6pm til 7.30 and the pool is free the next three Saturday nights the 20th,27th of September and the 4th of October. However the weekend of the 27th is Lahinch so it is out. Also the Liffey decent is the Saturday of the 4th.
My question is who would be available this Saturday the 20th of September from 5.45 till 8 to instruct on a one to one basis?
Also who would be available if it was to run instead/also on the 4th of October keeping in mind that is the weekend of the liffey descent?
We would need competent and confident instructors who would be comfortable teaching in new ways that they would not be used to on a case by case basis. Reply as quick as possible even if its a no as I need to get an answer today if it is to go ahead this weekend.
Thanks a mill guys this is something that could make a huge difference to the participants lives.
Regards
Sean
