I am looking for people to post up here if they will DEFINATELY be around to help us out with a River Clean Up on Saturday 26th April...

We need as many people on board to clean up as much as possible over the course of the day!

And contrary to what you nay sayers might believe the day is ridiculously good craic and you never know what kind of treasures have been washed downstream as a result of this years storms! From toilets to bicycles....we found it all last year!

It's a great opportunity for people to get out and show that ULKC appreciate the river which we spend a lot of our time on!

What time is it at?

Meeting at the boathouse at 10 am Saturday morning.

We will be focusing mainly on cleaning the islands in and around the Living Bridge so most of us will be in boats but if people want to come down for bank support that'd be great.

Hopefully we'll have the Sprinter to take rubbish and people up and down the road.

If you're free for a few hours come down and give a hand!

Yeah il try be down. Have to be gone by 12 though.
