Ye shouldn't discourage, sure it's important to know what's involved in the assessment but based on watching most people on the cc the majority of the club should be well up for this, maybe a few missing their roll. The assessment is well doable so anyone who feels close should give it a go, worst thing that happens you don't make it and have to try again

I'd love to go for my level 3 this semester...not sure if I'm 100% ready yet but I'll give it a go
