8:45 its working at 9 you will have to get your get before then I'll be getting ready at mine, I done need to go to the BH and Gower is very near my place.
Guys are ye sure ye have the times right? I'm only just beginning to figure this stuff out so don't rely on me, but I thought the wave runs an hour before low tide to an hour after roughly? Isn't low tide 11.35 tomorrow?

Runs from 2 hours before so it will start working at about half 9

You're probably safer going for an hour before, means you still get 2 hours on the wave, which you probably won't even need.
