Hi Sam, i'm looking for some help to train up to level 3, over the next few months, can you advise me on how, or who to approach?

We've got to get our car fixed after a disaster on Friday.hopefully, we'll get it back tomorrow, otherwise we're stumped for this week

We practice level 3 skills most Wednesdays and in the pool most nights if you're around Sarah. Otherwise you'd have to get onto Neil Slevin in the Kayaking company
