Hey Guys,

So 2 of our members are going forward for their Level 2 Kayaking Instructor assessment next Thursday behind the boathouse at 4pm. We need 5 people to come along and be their students for the day so that the assessor can check out what they are doing right and wrong.

If you've only just started paddling, this is a great opportunity to get out on the river and be taught a whole host of basic skills and techniques! Anyone is allowed to go as long as they are a club member!

If you're interested, stick your name down below. The session should take about 2 hours so should be done and dusted by 6pm. All kayaking gear provided! All you need is your basic swimming stuff!

Thank you guys! It doesn't matter what skill level ye are at. Ye will learn plenty through this regardless. I'll let you know later this week what time exactly ye have to meet but the meeting place will be the UL boathouse on campus. All of our gear is stored in there.

I can stick a map up here later of where it is if you haven't been there before!

Hey guys, ye are all more than welcome to come! Meeting time is 4pm sharp at the UL Boathouse. Putting it into Google Maps should find it but here's a map anyway.

Ye will be finished by 6pm and be ready to head home then. All you need is your swimsuit and towel and maybe something warm to put on afterwards. All of the kayaking gear will be supplied in the boathouse( wetsuits too). If there are any questions let me know on this!

It's on Google Maps as "University of Limerick Boat House" with the space in "Boat House", otherwise it won't show up.

Hey guys I hope you are all still ok for tomorrow! Meeting time will be 3:50pm at the UL Boathouse. If you cannot make it, please let me know asap. The instructors will be there at that time to help you get set up and on the water as soon as possible.
