There's a pool plan made and it'll be discussed at the committee meeting this Saturday. How we will be distinguishing leaders will be a part of it.

Sam, a patronizing post like that combined with the gesture your arthritis ridden hands are making in your picture might give people the wrong impression of you, especially when we can't even see your lovely face because of Gav's helmet. I think you should consider a new photo. Something with a rainbow or a kitten might appeal to the masses and get you the public relations you deserve.
