Hey,
Keyes and myself will be doing some rope work skills and concepts this Wednesday in the pool for everybody. Not compulsory but definitely advised for everybody going on the Alps trip.
It will be informal, we'll do a bit on throwing techniques, recoils, positioning and tethered rescues.
Even if you consider yourself a sharpshooter its always good to brush up once in a while I know I definitely need to practice anyway.
