I went outback yesterday. Also did outback last week in Dublin and a trinity pool session.

I did 3 outback sessions, mon, tue wed.
Also we taight John Enright how to lock and unlock the bh, teaching skills? I think so.
I didn't do a new drill but I did help run polo tuesday as well and tried to a bit of coaching on throwing and catching
